Puerto Sandino (also called Samoza) - Docking
The entrance is buoyed but is closely bounded by shoals, so should be approached with care. The entrance channel was due to be dredged in October 2008 but Noonsite has no current information. The last reported minimum channel depth was five meters (16 feet).
The anchorage inside offers good shelter. There is a dock for loading/unloading.
