June 2019. Getting diesel here is challenging. I spent an hour without success. Would not accept my credit card which I had been using everywhere successfully. Seems quite normal in France to have a €120 (about 75ltrs) limit on a fuel delivery. The general plan is to go to the fuel station office, leave your card, fuel up, go back and complete the transaction. Not here, they’re all very unhelpful. Plan on some aggro If expecting to get fuel in Le Havre.
