Call the Port Authorities on VHF Channel 16 or 14 on approach. They will visit the boat at the entrance to complete formalities.  You will likely be asked for a “gift” here (24000 DA (210€) for one night reported in October 2018). You should be able to negotiate this down.

In sept. & oct. 2018, we traveled from Tenes to Marocco. We were never charged for ports (as they are commercial harbours, not suitable for sailboats). Except Mostaganem, which came out at a ridiculously expensive price which I totally refused to pay. They divided it by 2, and again by 2… and at the end… I paid. The port is dirty and noisy.
I would recommend avoiding this port !!!
