I have finally found 3rd party liability insurance. Bought it through St. Margarets Insurance which advertises on their website that they offer 3rd party liability without hull coverage if that is what you want. www.stminsurance.co.uk  [Broken Link]

Very reasonable also and as advertised in their website they complete the transaction in one day. I paid for it by credit card and have the policy number to continue on. They also will provide an Italian translation. Thank you for your assistance in the past and I hope this helps others who are seeking the same. For those who are continuing on this will not cover past the Canary Islands, nor for the Atlantic crossing in our first year with them and they do not cover the Caribbean, nor east of 30 degrees east in the Mediterranean.
