Description:

Gandia is a large town in the Valencian Community lying approximately halfway between Valencia to the north and Alicante to the south. It’s a mixture of old and new, with the old town 2km away from the newer beach town, which is where the marina is situated. Popular with Spanish tourists from Madrid for a long time, Gandia has recently been discovered by other Europeans and is now a thriving tourist resort.

    We visited here overnight 24/25 April 2016, on our way to Valencia.

    Costs for our Lagoon 39 catamaran, including taxes, were 55 euros for the night, which was very expensive.
