SJYS is a superyacht maintenance and refit yard at Pier 15 near the Convention Center. 

Services include repair and refit, lift and haul, painting and refinishing, welding, mechanical and electrical services.

SJYS also provides full-service yacht concierge amenities to captains and crew members such as, dock reservations, clearance, provisioning, accommodations, restaurant and entertainment reservations, events planning, air charter, banking, transportation, fuel and waste management.
