Located to the west of the other yards. 250 ton travelift, 60 ton hydraulic trailer. Most repairs can be organized here. Liveaboard and DIY work permitted. All spare parts available locally or nearby. 24 hour video surveillance, although not always working.

The boatyard is eight kms (five miles) from the main town, 2.5 kms (1.5 miles) away from Kipseli (little village but huge supermarket) and four kms (2.5 miles) away from Souvala (little village). Ferry to Piraeus (8 Euros one way).
