Yard workers available, own work possible. 5 min. from chandlery and Chalong supermarkets. Showers, single phase and three phase power (three phases by 16KVA genset on site at 200B an hour). Soon to be installed a Voltage regulation system to boost power at the yard, plans are underway to improve the water supply at the yard and other infrastructure.
