Restaurant and bar with an outside eating area and free wifi for cruisers. Specialize in Trinidad rotis and hamburgers plus daily specials such as rice dishes etc. Also a small grocery store, with fresh French bread (get there early). Their dinghy dock is located just down from the PAYS dock.

Smithys is located midway along the Portsmouth main road into town, south of the PAYS pavilion. The building is the three-story bright yellow building seen from the harbour.
