200 ton and 60-ton slipway. 100 ft dock for berthing. Machine shop, welding and woodworking shop, engineering services and a trade store. Yacht storage. Accommodation on site. Transport is available on request at a daily rate, every Thursday is shopping day to Gizo, 14 miles away and only a fare rate charged.
Noel Hudson, who ran the facility and was well known to cruisers died in February 2022 but the new owners Diane Dettke and her husband Bodo intend to keep Liapari running as a safe marina/anchorage and welcome sailors from around the world.
Diane and Bodo are based in Honiara but managers Gizella Rovo (Honiara based) and Cynthia Pana who is on-site at Liapari will look after cruisers.

Yes, there is internet available 3G by Telekom. Sometimes it works very well, sometimes very slow if to many users are logged in in that area, like on Sundays.
