The old Dinh Shipping slipway next to the Maritime College was sold in 2014 and renamed Nicon Shipyard. Alongside upgrades to the slipway, they planned to have a dedicated multihull haulout as well as a 60-ton travel lift operational by the end of 2015. This never came to fruition, however, they are able to lift multihulls and monohulls with their 60-ton crane. They also have a machine shop, sandblasting, arc spraying and painting facilities.
