Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, St Vincent: Yacht Burgled in Blue Lagoon
Thieves targetted a yacht that was on a mooring in Blue Lagoon, St. Vincent, despite the owners leaving the vessel securely locked and brightly lit while they went ashore for the evening.

Owners locked their yacht moored in Blue Lagoon. They left the cockpit brightly lit before going ashore for the evening. Between 1830-2145HRs, burglars with tools arrived and broke into the yacht through the locked companionway. The burglars ransacked the interior and stole cash, credit cards, an iPad and rum.
The Coast Guard was contacted and they arrived promptly. A police report was made the next day.
